hmm. . . not certain if they REFI, though we called my bank n requested the loan alteration n marked down my seductiveness rate the couple of points. . we took about $ 300 n saved me € 300 per month upon my mortgage. . Then call your bank n ask them if they any loan modifications or “streamlining” refinancing options.
