How do we get a loan upon a car after failure if we already own a vehicle?
I own a truck, proposed a bankruptcy, n a reaffirmation agreement got screwed up. The association can’t reaffirm my debt right away since a failure has cleared, we can’t refinance right away since technically we do not have a loan, n we keep perplexing to get a loan, though no a single wants to give me a single but me shopping a car by them. Has any one had this happen? What do we do?
The lorry is value about a same we owe upon it, about $ 11,000
